Can I order a sample before mass production?

How long does sample production take?
Sample production usually takes 7–15 days, depending on the product model and customization requirements.
Shipping
Which shipping terms do you support?
We support international trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and other shipping arrangements based on customer requirements.

How are the products packaged?

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and L/C for qualified orders. Other payment methods can be discussed according to your business needs.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Flexible payment terms may be available for long-term partners.
