Overview

As a professional manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in baby glider production, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable products.

As we primarily operate on an OEM/ODM and bulk order basis, our refund and return policy differs from standard retail policies. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies to all international B2B orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Types

We offer two types of orders:

1. Sample Orders

For product testing and quality evaluation purposes.

2. Bulk / Custom Orders

Including OEM/ODM and mass production orders.

Sample Order Policy

Sample orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable If the sample arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt After verification, we will offer:

Replacement, or a mutually agreed refund solution.

Bulk / Custom Order Policy

Due to the customized nature of bulk orders, the following terms apply:
Non-refundable / Non-returnable cases include:
Orders that have been confirmed and entered production
Customized products (including color, material, function, etc.)
Non-quality-related reasons (e.g., market changes or buyer preference)s cannot be refunded

Quality Issues

If you receive products with quality issues, please:

  1. Contact us within 7–14 days after receiving the goods
  2. Provide:
    • Clear photos or videos
    • Order details
    • Description of the issue

Once confirmed as our responsibility, we will provide one of the following solutions:

Free replacement (parts or products)

Partial refund

Compensation in future orders

Refunds

If a refund is agreed upon:

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping & Risk

International shipping may involve uncontrollable risks.

If the buyer appoints their own freight forwarder, the risk is borne by the buyer.

If shipping is arranged by us, we will assist in resolving any issues.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins, subject to mutual agreement
  • Once production has started, cancellation may incur costs (e.g., raw materials, labor)
